Why do I need Liability & Errors & Omission Coverage?

A Dental Hygienist is in need of Liability coverage in the event of a bodily injury or property damage to a patient or medical office while performing services as a Dental Hygienist. A Dental Hygienist is in need of Errors & Omission coverage in the event of a claim resulting from the consultation or service provided as a Dental Hygienist.

How do I get a quote or indication?

To get a quote or indication, please click onto the link under the “Get a Quote” tab. The link will take you directly to the rating system to get an indication. Please have your CDHA membership number ready to access the rating system.

When does my policy start?

Each policy will begin the day payment of the insurance premium is procesed. Payments can be made directly on the website.

Are there payment plans?

Payment plans are available. You have the option to pay in full or 3 pay.

How do I report a claim?
